FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY TIPS.
PHOTOGRAPHY INSIDE A ROOM IN PUTIEN RESTAURANT

1. Position food away from distracting dishes, cutlery and cups.
2. Overhead lights reflecting onto the grey Lazy Susan turntable has been photoshopped away.
3. Canon R5. P Mode is easier for me.
4. I focused on ice chips on top of the bitter gourd slices. Single point central focus.
5. Place food on edge of the Lazy Susan.
6. The grey Lazy Susan provides good contrast to the white plates.

Bitter Gourd topped with Ice Chips and served with Dry Ice Vapours by Putien.A teaspoonful of honey should entice the bitterness to go away,but I doubted it would and ate one slice only on Sat 20 Aug 2022

Impossible to get sharp images using a handheld camera as:

1. Florets are small and high up the ornamental roadside tree.

2. Hand shakes pressing the shutter and breezes blowing the florets

3. Lighting conditions.

4. A tripod was used in this case. I focus on the middle of the bunch of flowerlets.

PRESENTLY: The two common bedrooms are rented to 3 career ladies employed by corporations. For the past 2 years, I have no complaints about their relationships with each other and their tenancies have had been renewed recently They share a common bathroom. Two are Malaysian Chinese sisters. One is a Myanmar National.

The master bedroom is tenanted by a couple (Chinese Nationals) till 31 Aug 2022. They had signed 12 months and had been given August 2022 as an extra month as they have rented an apartment which is not ready.

Singles and couples are acceptable as tenants.

2. TENANT WILL PAY:

2.1. The stamp duty for the tenancy agreement
2.2. Monthly utilities used by the Tenant
2.3. Minor repairs less than S$150/case. Landlord will pay repairs from S$151/case.
2.4. Agent's commission of half a month's rent for a 1-year lease ($1,000 for $2,000 rental) to be paid to Asia USA Realty on signing of the Tenancy Agreement. This fee includes after-rental services provided by Agent David Sing for the duration of tenancy to liaise with the Landlord on behalf of the Tenant.

Para 2.1 - 2.4 are terms and conditions must be acceptable by the prospective Tenant prior to viewing of the unit.

3. TENANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE AS FOLLOWS:

3.1 Cooking is permitted. Let the agent know if you will cook curry dishes prior to rental.
3.2 Tenant will keep the kitchen clean after cooking.
3.3 Tenant will dispose garbage and cooking oil properly. Used cooking should not be poured
into the sink to cause obstruction of water flow. Put inside a bottle for proper disposal.
3.4 Food in the the fridge will be properly stored.
3.5 Visitors are permitted. Inform the Landlord (tel: +65 9668-6468 if visitors wish to stay overnight).

4. CLEMENTI MRT is the nearest. A direct bus 156, 165 or 167 from outside the Ridgewood Condo at the road (Mount Sinai Rise) will bring you direct to Clementi MRT. Travelling time in the bus to Clementi MRT is around 10 minutes.

5. ADVICES: Put a one-month's deposit to secure the place as it is rare to find such a big master bedroom with attached bathroom and that property rentals have had increased owing to demand exceeding supply in the past 3 months and the near term. Do your own survey to know your transportation buses and MRT station.
