1. Position food away from distracting dishes, cutlery and cups. 2. Overhead lights reflecting onto the grey Lazy Susan turntable has been photoshopped away. 3. Canon R5. P Mode is easier for me. 4. I focused on ice chips on top of the bitter gourd slices. Single point central focus. 5. Place food on edge of the Lazy Susan. 6. The grey Lazy Susan provides good contrast to the white plates.

Impossible to get sharp images using a handheld camera
as:
1. Florets are small and high up the ornamental roadside
tree.
2. Hand shakes pressing the shutter and breezes blowing the

3. Lighting conditions.
4. A tripod was used in this case. I focus on the middle of the
bunch of flowerlets.

and bathroom and apartment, internet wi- fi and air-conditioning servicing and repairs by the LANDLORD. Living, dining and kitchen (microwave, fridge, gas cooking stove) are shared by all tenants. Tenant will provide their own crockery, pots and pans. Car park lot is not provided.

PRESENTLY: The two common bedrooms are rented to 3 career ladies employed by corporations. For the past 2 years, I have no complaints about their relationships with each other and their tenancies have had been renewed recently They share a common bathroom. Two are Malaysian Chinese sisters. One is a Myanmar National.
The master bedroom is tenanted by a couple (Chinese Nationals) till 31 Aug 2022. They had signed 12 months and had been given August 2022 as an extra month as they have rented an apartment which is not ready.
Singles and couples are acceptable as tenants.
2. TENANT WILL PAY:
2.1. The stamp duty for the tenancy agreement 2.2. Monthly utilities used by the Tenant 2.3. Minor repairs less than S$150/case. Landlord will pay repairs from S$151/case. 2.4.
Agent's commission of half a month's rent for a 1-year lease ($1,000 for $2,000 rental) to be paid to Asia USA Realty on signing of the
Tenancy Agreement. This fee includes after-rental services provided by Agent David Sing for the duration of tenancy to liaise with the Landlord on behalf of the Tenant.
Para 2.1 - 2.4 are terms and conditions must be acceptable by the prospective Tenant prior to viewing of the unit.
3. TENANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE AS FOLLOWS:
3.1 Cooking is permitted. Let the agent know if you will cook curry dishes prior to rental. 3.2
Tenant will keep the kitchen clean after cooking. 3.3 Tenant will dispose garbage
and cooking oil properly. Used cooking should not be poured into the sink to cause obstruction of water flow. Put inside a bottle for proper disposal. 3.4 Food in the the fridge will be properly stored. 3.5 Visitors are permitted. Inform the Landlord (tel: +65 9668-6468 if visitors wish to stay overnight).
4. CLEMENTI MRT is the nearest. A direct bus 156, 165 or 167 from outside the Ridgewood Condo at the road (Mount Sinai Rise) will bring you direct to Clementi MRT. Travelling time in the bus to Clementi MRT is around 10 minutes.
5. ADVICES: Put a one-month's deposit to secure the place as it is rare to find such a big master bedroom with attached bathroom and that property rentals have had increased owing to demand exceeding supply in the past 3 months and the near term. Do your own survey to know your transportation buses and MRT station.

- I don't have experience with this, as only a friend out of my group of buddies collected this design

- Looks to be the highest quality among the three (don't quote me). I can't differentiate 100% cotton, premium cotton. I like Superdry tee material and cotton spandex underwear though... -AHEM- but I digress...
- Comes in one colour (black), any evidences of other colours please do share.
Face Mask

- Comes in a few colour variants, black, beige, maroon, grey (Caution!)
- The adult size comes in black. I took 2 other colours as I want some variety. The beige and maroon ones are labelled with Small. Unless you have kids in your household, or you are of small build, i.e. you can still wear kid sized clothes.
DO NOT take the coloured ones. I opened the beige and maroon and an auntie told me adults cannot wear as it is too small. They won't allow us to exchange once the seal is opened. I tried the black mask on, as well as beige and maroon. True enough, the coloured ones are tighter and hurts my ears. It also arches upwards when laid flat unlike the black ones.
Berets from Europe are hands down the best. Why? Our high quality European berets have long staple wool fibers that stay in place and do not pill. They look great for a long long time.
Berets look very similar to one another when you buy them, but 6 months later a poor quality short staple (short fiber length) wool beret will be covered with little bits of fiber called "pills" making them look old, dirty and cheap.
Why pay more for a poor quality short staple wool beret when you can have the very best at a great price. If you're not sure the other berets you find are European, they're probably not.
Berets like this have been made famous by the likes of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso, Monica Lewinski, Che Guevara, Faye Dunaway, et al.
Berets come in the option of 11 1/2 inch diameter or 10 1/2 inches. Made in Europe in the Czech Republic. Makes a great gift if you don't know the persons hat size!!
